If a house has been repossessed but not yet resold, whose name will be on the title deeds? - land registry title deeds

House has been arrested, but has not yet reached the resale market. Previous owner became insolvent and was discharged. If you are on the premises of the Land Registry, whose name is the title? The previous owner or the finance company / bank that the property included?
