I started as an assistant coach a little football league. I wonder if there are sites that are giving advice about coaching. Not only in dramas, but development of skills, techniques, etc., I'm coaching little kids ... Age 5 to 8 years. Also some information on how you have your fun 'em, how to motivate, etc. would be great.
