I am very swollen and painful knee. not like a pulled muscle or something. It hurts on and off, but if it makes me very very angry, and pain when walking. no idea whats wrong?

The best thing to do is to ice for 10 minutes per night. After a few days if they need to touch persists, see a doctor.
